these matters before the Courts. We have experience in dealing with all
litigation issues that might arise and offer a wide range of services.
We can advise you on where you stand, negotiate on your behalf, and if
necessary, defend or commence and run proceedings on your behalf. Where
appropriate, we will explore other mechanisms by which your dispute might
be resolved, through alternative dispute resolution (ADR). We adopt a
flexible and client-centred approach to contentious disputes, tailoring
our approach to the specific needs of the client.
Personal Injury
If you were involved in an accident and have suffered an injury as

offices around the world. We recognise the importance of company law and

so the legal advice and service you receive is fast, efficient and professional.

Wills and Probate
It is never an easy topic of discussion, but planning for what happens
to your finances, property and possessions when you pass away is very
important, no matter how small or large your estate may be. Preparing
a will is a vital way of ensuring peace of mind for your relatives and
friends and for ensuring that your estate is distributed in accordance
with your wishes after your death. Administering an estate can be a difficult
and stressful process. At Naomi Gardiner Solicitors we can assist and
advise on how to prepare a Will and all aspects of the probate process.
If a loved one dies with or without making a Will, Naomi Gardiner Solicitors

Administration to enable you to administer the deceased’s estate. We can
ensure that the deceased’s estate is distributed according to law, that
any liabilities you may have are minimised and assets are transferred
and utilised in the most effective manner.
Enduring Power of Attorney
We can assist you in planning for the future, in particular, for a
time in your life when you may not be able for reasons of mental and physical
disability to look after your own affairs. An Enduring Power of Attorney
is a safety net. We can assist you in creating an Enduring Power of Attorney,
which allows you appoint a member of your family or some other person
to be your Attorney in the event that you become incapacitated. Provided
you continue to be capable of managing your own affairs then an Enduring
Power of Attorney is of no effect. There are a number of safeguards built
into the Deed creating the Power of Attorney, the most important being
that your appointed Attorney cannot act on your behalf until your Doctor
and solicitor certify that you are not capable of looking after your own
affairs.

which are statements in writing and on oath, and other legal documents.

but not always, a solicitor. You may need the services of a Commissioner
for Oaths if you are giving evidence on affidavit for court proceedings
in Ireland or you are making an affirmation, declaration, acknowledgement,
examination or attestation for the purposes of court proceedings or for
the purposes of registration of documents. You will be required to provide
evidence of your identity to the Commissioner for Oaths so please bring
a standard form of photographic identification with you such as a passport
or driving licence.
